Fabric booths in a hot pot room look tired within months: broth soaks into seams, oil marks the front edge and the open underside collects grease and dropped food. The Broth-Proof booth answers each of those problems in its construction rather than with a cleaning schedule.
What is different
- Light oatmeal commercial leather with a fine pebble grain that wipes clean of oil
- Horizontal channels on back and seat, with the stitched seams angled downward so liquid runs off instead of pooling
- Rounded front edge (generous radius) and a toe recess about 3 in (8 cm) deep, so knees clear the box and mops reach under
- Fully closed seat box that keeps steam and grease out of the frame
- Brass-tone cap strip on the top of the back and contrast piping
Standard size is 59 in (150 cm) long, 18 in (46 cm) seat height, 23 in (58 cm) seat depth and 39 in (100 cm) back height. Covers can be specified with foams to CAL TB 117-2013 on request.
Options: length, single or double-sided, cover color, piping color, cap strip in brass-tone, black or stainless.
