Not every group wants to share one broth. The Twin-Pot table puts two cutouts on a single top, one toward each end, so a table of four can run a spicy and a mild pot side by side without passing a divided pot back and forth.
Construction
- Pale veined heat-safe top in sintered stone or compact laminate, with a solid wood frame
- Two cutouts, each drawn to your induction unit's template
- Closed wood cabinet base with ventilation for two units and an access door with a round pull
- Free-standing side cabinet with open shelves and a cane-panel door for sauces and spare pots
Two burners on one table add up quickly. Your electrician should check the combined load per circuit before we fix the cutout layout, and we draw the cable path to match the circuit plan.
The same base can be built with one small cutout per seat at 24 in (61 cm) centers for individual-pot (one person, one broth) service.
Options: two cutouts or one per seat; top color; stain; cabinet with or without the side station; bench or chairs.
