Groups of six are where Korean BBQ makes its money, and one grill is not enough for six people. This U booth wraps three sides of a long table fitted with two round grill inserts, one under each overhead exhaust pipe.
Design
- Three-sided U booth in charcoal-grey vinyl, vertical channels running continuously around both corners
- Plain seat cushions and a closed black plinth all the way round
- Long table with a black marble-look top and two grill cutouts, on twin black pedestal columns joined by a floor plate
- Open fourth side for service and for guests to get in and out
Twin pedestals keep the centre of the table clear for knees, which matters when six people sit close for two hours. The grill positions are set from your exhaust drawing, so each insert sits directly under its hood.
Construction: hardwood and plywood frame built in sections that bolt together on site, high-resilience foam, contract vinyl; table top in sintered stone or compact laminate with a heat-protected cutout.
Where it works: private bays, room corners and the back wall of a KBBQ dining room. It also suits hot pot with two broths.
Options: U or L configuration, length of each leg, vinyl colour, one or two grills, top finish.
