Light oak and leaf green bring a daylight, garden-room feel to hot pot, a change from the dark rooms most operators default to.
Pieces shown
- Hot pot table: black textured top with a thin oak edge and a round centre well, on a wood cabinet with a row of vent slots, framed in black steel legs
- Booth: solid oak shell, cream upholstered back with a single green strap down the centre of each seat, green quilted seat cushion
- Chairs: oak frames with a cord-woven back and green quilted seat, light enough for staff to reposition between sittings
- Ingredient carts: three-tier oak trays on a green steel frame with castors
The vent slots sit on the cabinet faces so the induction unit can breathe even when guests' feet are close to the base. In the aisle view, back-to-back double booths run the whole room with carts parked at the bay ends, which keeps service off the main walkway.
Construction: kiln-dried oak and plywood, glued and screwed; commercial vinyl or fabric with a wipe-clean finish; heat-safe top in compact laminate or sintered stone.
Options: strap colour, seat colour, oak or darker stain, single or double-sided booths, cart height.
